Compensation

• $120000 yearly average
• $10000 Retention Bonus
• Travel Required, up to 100%

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers can expect to be away from home 2-3 weeks per assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location, and work from there for duration of work assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required (in compliance with federal law 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; must maintain a constant state of alertness and safety responsibility for self and others.

• Associate must be able to see and hear, with close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Requirements to move frequently, stand, walk, sit; handle and touch; lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) routinely, occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Legal operation of a motor vehicle and safe entry/exit of vehicle and cargo area.
