Flex Truck Driver - Class A Logistics

Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $120000 annually
• New hourly pay rate
• $10000 retention bonus
• Travel required, up to 100 percent

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
• Drivers will travel to assigned location, and work from there for duration of work assignment

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency (required by federal law)
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation including past employment, education, and criminal history and drug screening
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner required; accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others

• Must be able to see and hear. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally up to 100lbs/45kg
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area
