Class A CDL Truck Driver ​/ Equipment Operator - Metal Recycling Facility

We are seeking an experienced truck driver to safely haul scrap metal and operate equipment for metal processing.

• driving semi-trucks, grapple trucks, and tow trucks with manual transmissions
• delivering and picking up scrap metal in designated areas
• sorting scrap metal manually and assisting customers
• performing basic equipment maintenance and cleanup tasks
• supporting various tasks around the salvage yard and recycling facility

• Valid CDL A license
• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation (training provided)
• Mechanical aptitude for repairs and maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to perform multiple duties and work abnormal hours
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work on uneven terrain
• Willingness to learn about ferrous and non-ferrous metals

• working independently and with minimal supervision
