The Senior Coordinator, Accounting – Pharmacy Returns is responsible for the accounting, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities related to pharmacy waste and returns. Pharmacy returns are processed through a third-party return processor. This role serves as a key business partner, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely vendor settlements, accounts receivable management, and reserve oversight.
This position supports pharmacy returns accounting across all lines of business, including Retail, Minute Clinic, Caremark, Coram, and Oak Street Health. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles, including account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with SAP and Fiori applications.
