Location: Wickford
Fawkes and Reece is seeking an External Site Manager to lead all external packages on a flagship London school project. You will own works from early stages through to completion, coordinating groundworks, drainage, and external finishes with a strong site team.
You will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for delivering the external phase on programme, maintaining safety and quality across the build.
