Oak View Group - - Responsibilities:
Learn and use the Paciolan ticketing system to process ticket sales and customer transactions;
Become familiar with event details, including ticket pricing, discounts, seating configurations, restrictions, and admission policies;
Understand the seating layouts and venue setup of the Ryan Center;
Accurately process ticket sales and assist customers with purchases for athletic events, concerts, and other ticketed events;
Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons in a professional, courteous, and positive manner
