The Prout School is a Catholic coeducational college-preparatory school that has been serving students in Southern Rhode Island for nearly 50 years. The Prout School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach for a full-time, on-site role in Wakefield, RI. The coach will be responsible for planning and leading team practices, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment. Responsibilities include mentoring student-athletes, fostering sportsmanship, and ensuring adherence to school and league policies. The coach will actively collaborate with school staff, maintain regular communication with athletes and families, and represent The Prout School in the local sports community.

• Experience and knowledge in Volleyball, including playing or coaching the sport at various levels
• Proven ability in Coaching and Training individuals or teams to develop skills and achieve competitive success
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, including working effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Leadership skills characterized by the ability to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
• CPR, First Aid, and coaching certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
• Commitment to the principles and mission of The Prout School
