• Plan and deliver instruction using the SPARK resources.
• Reteach and implement evidence-based programs in math, ELA, and specially designed instruction as applicable.
• Provide small-group and individual instruction based on student needs.
• Provide a brief weekly report on the progress of each student.
• Communicate with parents/guardians as needed.

• Must possess a RI education certification.
• Preferred certifications:
  Rhode Island certification in Elementary Education (Grades 1-6), Early Childhood Education (PreK-2), Elementary/Middle Special Education (K-8 Mild/Moderate), and/or Reading Specialist.
• Experience with intervention, MTSS, structured literacy, mathematics support, inclusive practices, and differentiated instruction preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Dates:
  July 6 through July 30, 2026, Monday through Thursday.
• Student hours: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
• Staff hours: 8:15 AM – 11:45 AM, plus 30 minutes of paid planning time each day.
• Attendance at a one-hour paid orientation during the week of June 15.

$50 per hour, includes an additional 0.5 hour of paid planning time daily.
