• Valid state certification in Special Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong collaboration skills with instructional staff, families, and support services
• Skilled in adapting curriculum and delivering differentiated instruction
• Excellent communication, patience, and organizational abilities

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with a range of disabilities
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to support learning goals
• Foster a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, and focused on student growth
• Consult with general education teachers and support staff to ensure accommodations are met
• Engage families in the educational process and communicate progress effectively
• Stay current with best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.83 to $52.83.
