The College of Nursing is seeking an Associate Dean for Graduate programs. As a member of the College Administrative Leadership Team, the Associate Dean provides leadership in the development, planning, analysis, and administration of Graduate Programs. We welcome candidates that hold a Ph.D. and demonstrate achievement in teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with appointment at the rank of Professor at URI, with eligibility for tenure.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching at the graduate level and possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A proven ability to work collaboratively, along with supervisory experience, is required. Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations relevant to graduate nursing education is also essential.
This position will be based in Providence, Rhode Island. The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $225,000 USD.
