Overview

Customer Service Representative – Domino’s Pizza, 375 Putnam Pike. Full-time store position in the customer service role.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and ensure order accuracy.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take orders in person or over the phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Provide on-the-job training relationships and participate in orientation and training as assigned.
• Communicate clearly to comprehend and relay correct written instructions.
• Demonstrate verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Perform essential functions with basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen with accuracy.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F and higher in some areas.
• Possible sudden temperature changes in the work area.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and other kitchen conditions.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking short distances; standing on tiled/linoleum surfaces; 36–48 inch high work surfaces.
• Sitting for paperwork in an office setting.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, multiple times per shift; handling cases of ingredients and supplies; stacking on shelves.
• Carrying and transporting items such as cans and sauces over short distances.
• Pushing/pulling trays and dollies; maneuvering loads as needed.
• Occasional climbing stairs or ladders for price changes or maintenance; bending, stooping, crouching, squatting as required for stocking and cleaning.
• Reaching overhead and forward to obtain toppings, clean surfaces, and operate equipment.
• Fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination for dough shaping, dough handling, and box assembly.
• Use of common office and kitchen tools (pens, calculators, computers, telephones, pizza cutter, pizza peels, etc.).
