Join our team as a Hairstylist with the option to be your own boss — rent a dedicated space within our salon.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to showcase their skills, build a loyal clientele, and thrive in a dynamic setting. As a rental space hairstylist, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, have your own key, plenty of storage space for your supplies, backbar, and coffee station. We are looking for experienced licensed stylists with a following.

Your expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and grooming will help clients look and feel their best every day. This opportunity is ideal for passionate beauty professionals eager to grow their business in a lively, client-focused environment. We have full-time and part-time rental rates — bring a friend and you each get 1 week free.

• Must have a valid cosmetologist license, hold a rental space license, and carry liability insurance
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' preferences and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
• Manage client appointments efficiently using Vagaro salon software
• Upsell retail products related to hair care, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Communicate effectively with clients about their desired looks, hair health, and maintenance routines
• Assist with front desk duties when needed, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients warmly
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like eyelash extensions or nail care services, and color theory to provide innovative solutions

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and hair care products
• Proficiency with salon software
• Skilled in various techniques including haircutting, coloring, foiling, and wedding updos
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while prioritizing client satisfaction
