Program Assistant

Full Time or Part Time | Days

Pay rate starting at $16/hr

The Day Center Program Assistant is responsible for providing direct therapeutic activities and services to center participants.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• OTA or PTA education in activities programming highly desirable.
• Experience working with elderly and/or adults with disabilities.
• Understanding of geriatrics/working with the elderly.
• Excellent communication skills and cheerful disposition.
• Willingness to help.
• Creative and flexible.
• Motivated to make a difference.
• Common sense and ability to work with supervision.
• Non-judgmental and aware of the need for individual dignity.
