Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized care plans, tracking outcomes, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. The role emphasizes maintaining high clinical and documentation standards, using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve patient mobility and manage pain. The therapist will modify treatment plans based on patient progress and ensure quality outcomes through a supportive care model designed for efficiency and professional growth.

• Review medical histories and diagnose by observing movements and listening to concerns.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.
