Role Overview

This position involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring clinical outcomes. The clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while adhering to high documentation standards.

• Review patient medical histories and diagnose through observation and listening to concerns.
• Create clear, individualized treatment goals using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Track patient progress and modify plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Valid physical therapist licensure in good standing in Rhode Island.
