Responsibilities

As a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Per Diem, you will:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and assisted living environment

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, function, and well-being

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify resident needs and goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
