Memory Care CNA

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Memory Care CNA to support residents living with dementia in a vibrant senior community. In this full-time role, you'll assist with personal care, grooming, mobility, and meals while fostering safety, dignity, and engagement. You'll observe and report changes in condition, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with nurses and care team members. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support residents with dementia using person-centered memory care approaches
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals, hydration, and activities to promote engagement and nutrition
• Follow individualized care plans, infection control, and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for memory care residents
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members
• Protect resident privacy and comply with HIPAA and community policies
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance skills and quality of care
