Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents living with dementia in our vibrant community. In this role, you'll provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities while promoting dignity, safety, and engagement. You'll closely observe and report changes in residents' condition, follow individualized care plans, and partner with nurses, families, and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting for memory care residents
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility devices
• Support residents during meals, encouraging adequate nutrition and hydration
• Engage residents in meaningful, person-centered activities and social interaction
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or cognitive condition
• Follow individualized care plans and infection control protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses, families, and team members to support resident well-being
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs with patience and empathy
• Participate in required trainings and contribute to a positive, resident-first culture
