As a Host at The Surf Shack B&B, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a smile and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Answering questions about our B&B, local attractions, and dining options in the area.
• Assisting with reservations and maintaining accurate guest records.
• Ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming for all visitors.
• Collaborating with our small team to provide exceptional service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• A warm, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
