Admission Recruiter (3 positions)

This temporary position provides seasonal support for undergraduate recruitment and application review during peak admission cycles. The role is full-time, 35 hours a week, for Fall 2026, 24 weeks. Serve as a representative of the University of Rhode Island by recruiting prospective students through on‑ and off‑campus activities and by reviewing undergraduate applications for admission. Evaluate applicants in accordance with university admission policies and make admission decisions.

• Represent the University at high school visits, college fairs, and recruitment events throughout assigned territories.
• Conduct presentations and communicate admission requirements, academic programs, and student opportunities to prospective students, families, and school counselors.
• Review undergraduate applications and supporting credentials to determine admission decisions in accordance with university policies and established review guidelines.
• Travel and work evenings and weekends as required to support recruitment activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
