Business Analyst – SAP Manufacturing

The Specialist Production Planner provides day-to-day manufacturing execution support by managing production orders in SAP and partnering closely with Manufacturing, Finite Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the site’s transition to SAP S/4

HANA through execution support, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

• Create, release, monitor, and close production orders in SAP in alignment with approved schedules
• Ensure execution data accuracy (order status, confirmations, material consumption, inventory movements)
• Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Finite Scheduling, Materials, and Quality teams
• Support execution issue resolution and short-term schedule changes
• Develop and maintain execution reports and dashboards (order status, execution performance, adherence inputs)
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Automate recurring reports and transactional tasks
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA activities including testing, validation, defect resolution, and end-user support
• Maintain master data accuracy, SOPs, and standard work documentation

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations experience
• or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on SAP experience (ECC required; S/4
  
  HANA exposure preferred)
• Manufacturing execution and production order management experience
• Planning / MRP / inventory background
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SAP analytics, Smartsheets)

• Experience supporting ERP implementations or system transitions
• Familiarity with WERUM MES and SAP integration
• Experience with CDOCS or similar quality systems
• Demonstrated process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
