Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Account Representative at our office in Greenville, RI. The role involves managing customer accounts, providing top-tier customer service, identifying client insurance needs, offering tailored policy recommendations, and assisting our sales team. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, conducting policy reviews, and educating clients about insurance products to meet their requirements.

Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License – Required
  • Working knowledge of multiple insurance lines, including Commercial and Personal Lines products and coverages
  • Understanding of policy structure, endorsements, renewals, and coverage analysis across various lines of business
  • Experience managing client accounts within an agency management system
  • Comfortable navigating carrier portals, rating systems, and online policy management tools
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A relationship-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also handling responsibilities independently
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to support both clients and team members
