ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril is fielding the next generation of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands of seabed exploration. We have brought to the market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth platform and a refreshed maritime vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from “large” to “extra-large” vehicle sizes. We are executing multi‑million‑dollar contracts while simultaneously performing Robot‑as‑a‑Service (RaaS) AUV operations.

Senior Supply Planner – Quonset, RI

Responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting‑edge defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). Coordinate the entire value chain from raw materials to finished goods. Own certain assemblies and product lines and provide accurate signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing for build or buy decisions.

Experience required: fast‑paced, resource‑limited environment such as defense manufacturing, aircraft maintenance or advanced technology manufacturing. Flexibility to support wherever needed, ensuring products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards.

• Own accurate planning and on‑time delivery of raw materials and finished goods
• Support day‑to‑day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory management for product lines
• Identify supply issues and flag them with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to drive resolution
• Report and analyze supply and material health, providing inputs to Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development
• Work closely with Sourcing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering to source components, maintain vendor relationships, and develop make‑vs‑buy strategies
• Facilitate discussions with Business Development and Growth teams to review forecasts and create constrained demand plans
• Maintain processes for MRP and associated master data
• Support cost engineering activities to converge the bottom‑up cost curve to product cost, maximizing total cost of ownership (TCO)

• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical/electrical assemblies
• Demonstrated ownership of a value chain from start to finish, coordinating among multiple parties to achieve on‑time deliveries under stringent quality standards
• Familiarity with high‑mix, low‑volume high‑tech product development
• Prior knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP system
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or other related technical degree; advanced technical degree or MBA strongly preferred
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

• Experience with SQL databases for tracking production and inventory metrics
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical/aerospace/manufacturing, electrical, computer engineering, supply chain, or business with a technical focus
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma principles

$111,000 – $147,000 USD (base salary only). Actual offer may vary.
