Superintendent 2 (Project Lead)

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Superintendent 2 (Project Lead) to lead field operations for assigned areas or aspects of the project. This role ensures work is performed safely, on time, profitably, and ethically in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. The superintendent directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

• Lead and coordinate all field operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain project schedule and budget.
• Supervise and mentor field labor and assistant superintendents.
• Manage subcontractor activities and performance.

• 5+ years as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion.
• 8+ years of proven construction experience.
• 5+ years effectively coordinating subcontractor activities.
• 3+ years experience creating a master schedule and managing it during construction.
• 3+ years experience planning a project and developing logistic plans.
• 2+ years experience reading and understanding plans, specifications and subcontractor contracts.
• 2+ years experience mentoring and managing other superintendents.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee). No work sponsorship will be provided.

Salary Range: USD $ – $ per year.
