Production Associate; Cylinder Processor

Overview

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc is seeking a Production Associate to join our team! This role will fill, label, and prepare gas cylinders, and operate a cryogenic liquid filling system while prioritizing safety and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $30.06 per hour

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures
• Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling
• Check cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary product
• Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and enter quantities, styles and products filled into the computer to justify stock inventory
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation as per company and governmental procedures
• Operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 75 pounds
• Availability to work overtime
• 1+ year experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred
• Effective organizational, listening, and communication skills
