ResponsibilitiesAs a Color Mixer, you’ll be the go-to expert responsible for ensuring every batch meets exact specifications. You’ll support production by:
- Mixing custom and standard color batches using detailed formulas
- Monitoring and adjusting ink properties to ensure consistent product quality
- Pitching in across the Print Department—covering breaks and assisting where needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Prior experience in print operations, textile production, or color matching (preferred)
- Strong ability to differentiate color shades and tones
- Attention to detail—you catch the things others miss
- Team player mindset, with a willingness to learn all aspects of print production
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Basic reading and writing skills in English
