* Basic Qualifications:

*
* + High school diploma/GED with 1 year work or military experience, or an Associate degree

+ Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform hands-on operations: equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and material weighing

+ Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and safety protocols

+ Troubleshoot and monitor critical processes; conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment

+ Draft and revise SOPs and MPs

+ Participate in quality deviation reports and continuous improvement initiatives

+ Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines

+ Work in a clean room environment with proper PPE (steel-toe shoes, gowning, gloves)

+ Lift up to 35 lbs, move objects up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
