Associate Manufacturing – Nights

What you will do

• Perform batching and transfer of buffers and media in appropriate areas according to SOPs.
• Follow and monitor critical processes, complete routine validation protocols, and draft and revise documents such as manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions.
• Initiate and own area deviations, revise SOPs, and perform lean functions.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.

This role requires working a 12‑hour shift (7 PM–7 AM) on a rotating schedule (D‑Shift). Benefits include a 15 % shift differential, premium pay for Sundays worked, and additional administrative benefits during the 2–6 week onboarding period (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).

• High school/GED plus 2 years of manufacturing or operations work experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of large‑scale biotechnology operations such as purification, cell culture, aseptic processing, etc.
• Knowledge of single‑use systems.
• Familiarity with CFR and regulatory requirements.
• Mechanical ability/expertise.
• Basic statistical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge.
• Understanding of analytical methods for manufacturing areas.
• Demonstrated technical writing capability.
• Project management and presentation skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills on production equipment.
• Experience with Delta V.
• Experience with lab equipment/testing.

$70,985.20 – $96,038.80 USD annually.
