As a leader in children's mental health care, we offer an environment focused on collaboration, support, and professional growth. Our inpatient unit caters to patients aged 4 to 12, with the flexibility to extend care to adolescent units ages 4-18, providing diverse and enriching experiences.
Each shift maintains a ratio of 1:9, ensuring quality care and attention. You'll engage in meaningful work including Restraint, Seclusion, and both Voluntary and Involuntary Status Care Requirements, with onsite restraint and de-escalation training available.
