A Registered nurse who has demonstrated expertise to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the hospital's Infection Control program through the knowledge of the principles and practices of Infection control.
Minimum QualificationsHas a minimum of 5 years in hospital nursing experience as a registered nurse.
Current RI State Nursing License.
Completed Infection Control Training Course through APIC within 1-2 years of position.
Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) or certification A-IPC within 1-3 years of position.
