ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will develop and implement personalized care plans using evidence‑based practices under supervision, meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
Qualifications- Graduate of a nursing program
- 1+ year experience or completion of Nurse Residency
- Current RN license in Connecticut
- BLS certification
- Preferred: BSN/MSN, 2+ years in a specific clinical area, certifications
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
- Basic computer skills and commitment to customer service
