Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary approach in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Provides comprehensive care for the life span of patients, from infants to geriatrics. Effectively delivers patient care through Nursing Process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Implementation and evaluation. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
BLS from AHA and minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience required.
