Location: Wakefield
Hope Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Rhode Island team in Wakefield. The role supports home and nursing home patients with hospice care, under the guidance of the nurse case manager and attending physician.
This 32-hour week position runs 8:00am–4:30pm across five days with a rotating weekend commitment. The ideal candidate holds an active MA license and strong nursing assessment skills, and is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.
