We're looking for a Full-Time Client Care Specialist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients. Whether you're helping someone in person or over the phone, you'll play an important role in making sure every client and pet feels cared for from the moment they connect with our team.

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and help create an exceptional experience both in person and over the phone. You'll:

• Handle client inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Manage client accounts accurately and efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services
• Provide personalized care and support to clients and their pets
• Communicate clearly with clients and help support client education
• Promote responsible pet ownership through thoughtful communication
• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with your teammates to support an efficient and positive client experience
