Associate Quality Control – Responsibilities- Follow safety guidelines, cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Generate complete, accurate, and concise laboratory documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
- Ensure that facilities, equipment, materials, organization, processes, procedures, and products follow cGMP practices and other applicable regulations.
- Operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, ICPMS, etc.).
- Perform review and approval of assays, documents, and records.
- Support continual improvement initiatives.
- Alert management of quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks.
- Participate in laboratory investigations.
- Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities.
- Complete required assigned training to permit carry‑through of required tasks.
- Perform additional duties as specified by management.
- High school diploma / GED and 2 years of Quality or Operations experience, OR
- Associate’s degree and 6 months of Quality or Operations experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional work experience in a fast‑paced, flexible GxP laboratory.
- Demonstrated experience with various laboratory practices.
- Self‑motivated, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral), facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Knowledge of pharmacopeial testing, USP, and PhEUR.
- Experience with benchtop wet chemistry (color change/precipitation reactions, titrations, etc.) or HPLC/GC.
The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
