As a server at Tavern by the Sea, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include:

• - Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and guiding them through the dining experience.
• - Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
• - Delivering meals and beverages promptly and checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
• - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• - Collaborating with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all.

We’re searching for someone who brings:

• At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate restaurant hours.
