TPG Hotels & Resorts - 80 West Side Road - Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menus for à la carte, buffet, banquets, and room service.;
Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating to brand standards.;
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff; assign tasks and manage staff schedules.;
Manage inventory and food cost control to minimize waste while maintaining quality.;
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to HACCP and local health regulations.
