As a Bartender at The Surf Shack, you'll be the heart of our bar operations, ensuring every guest feels right r responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality and a flair for mixology. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of bartending experience in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
