In this performance-driven, people-focused team, you will conduct virtual consultations, understand homeowner needs, and recommend tailored solutions. You'll manage a robust pipeline, prepare quotes, and close sales using CRM and online tools. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound digital leads to sell window and door replacement solutions
- Qualify prospects, understand homeowner needs, and recommend appropriate products
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations and consultations using online tools
- Prepare and present quotes, close sales, and process orders accurately in CRMMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead follow-up
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and pipeline status
- Provide exceptional customer experience and follow-up to drive repeat business
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to refine skills
- Use performance metrics to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency
