Village Green is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform timely work orders and apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs. You will service residents with a friendly, customer-focused approach and handle on-call emergencies as directed by management.
The role requires 1–3 years in hotel or multifamily housing, strong customer service and basic computer skills, and experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
