SSP is seeking a Bar Duty Manager at Y Castell, Cardiff Airport, with a base pay of £13.75 per hour and a night premium of £1.50 (to £15.25) for eligible hours. Hours run 3am–11pm, with flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
You will lead a busy team, deliver excellent service, and contribute to a high-energy hospitality environment. Applicants should have strong leadership, a passion for fast-paced hospitality, and be prepared for reference checks and a Criminal Record Check.
