Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides for the Rialto area to support K-12 students with special needs during the 2026/2027 school year. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students build classroom-ready skills using ABA approaches.
The role offers paid training, full-time benefits, and paid holidays with Monday–Friday school hours, roughly 6.5-hour shifts, in a collaborative team with teachers and clinicians.
