Begin your journey with a summer internship, offering exciting opportunities that could lead to a 12-month rotational program.
We are excited to offer current college students an immersive 10-week experience starting in May. The program provides hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Aggregate operations, including Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Inventory Maintenance, and Data Management.
Job Responsibilities- Safety First – learn our safety protocols and actively promote and ensure a safe working environment.
- Project-Based Experience – engage in challenging projects, working with experienced professionals to solve real-world problems.
- Skill Building – develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and continuous learning, and refine presentation skills by sharing outcomes.
- Networking and Collaboration – build connections with peers and professionals across the organization.
- Innovation and Improvement – bring forward innovative solutions that contribute to continuous improvement.
- Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, or related field, at least junior year standing.
- GPA of 2.5 or higher (3.0 preferred).
- Leadership potential and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, able to present ideas clearly.
- Experience through internships, co-ops, or university projects related to the industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full-time, on-site internship, 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
- Mix of office work and fieldwork with varying environmental conditions.
- Industry exposure – learn about building materials and Aggregates.
