This position requires an individual who can safely and effectively work in multiple fast paced environments, including warehouse and off‑site job locations. Someone who can complete tasks both independently and as a team player, willing to learn, flexible schedule and work weekends and holidays. Maintain a positive attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, as well as possess the ability to safely operate construction tools and hardware.
TheImpact You’ll Make:
- Pre‑building Event Structures for general repair work, organizing, cleaning, sorting & labeling
- Physically counting & scanning inventory using a computer based system
- Loading and unloading trailers by hand, with pallet jacks and forklifts
- General upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of warehouse areas daily
- Always follows safety procedures and protocol to maintain a safe and accident‑free work environment
- Supply and beverage stocking
- Washing and cleaning all event assets while working both indoors and outdoors
- Driving to various locations delivering personnel, equipment and products
- Construct & repair event equipment as assigned
- Moving heavy equipment for packing, sorting, cleaning & loading
- Operates various hand tools & machinery for pre‑builds & repair work
- Other Event Marketing duties as assigned
- High School graduate or GED
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift 50 LBS and more with assistance
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to work weekends and Holiday’s
- Forklift training certification and Stageline Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Physically fit as the job demands are highly physical in nature – long periods of standing, climbing, bending, kneeling and walking
- Valid class driver’s license
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $22.00 – $29.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
