As a Groundskeeper at our community,
Linden Court
, you'll play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and much more for our community. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.

Maintain community grounds, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas

Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal

Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas

Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members

Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests

Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed

Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions

Must be available to work weekends

Note:

Days off are currently Sunday/Monday, but will change to weekdays in January 2026.

Valid driver’s license preferred

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Access to free maintenance training classes

Clear path to roles such as Maintenance Technician or Night Service Manager

• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $21.50 per hour
  for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
