• Use of power equipment to load and unload product. Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Follow established Dock Safety policy and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
• Follow safety and security policies and report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to management.

• Reliable self-starters who can work independently and show initiative.
• Distribution skills and experience that fit this position; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable; positive attitude on every shift.
• Passionate team players who support colleagues and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license; ability to use handheld RF scan device; ability to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free.
• Must have experience with Food Safety or willingness to receive training in Food Safety.
