Niagara Bottling is seeking candidates for the Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) in Rialto. This 15-month program offers hands-on experience across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments, with a 6-month Plant Supervisor rotation to build leadership skills.
Participants will engage in Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt training and cross‑department projects, with relocation after graduation to expand opportunities within the company.
