As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our infrastructure products by overseeing rigorous testing protocols. You will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure every component meets strict project specifications and industry standards, directly impacting the safety and reliability of our final output.

Responsibilities- Execute and document comprehensive tests for steel tensile strength, aggregate quality, and joint assembly integrity.
- Monitor production fabrication processes to ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks.
- Provide technical guidance to production staff regarding quality control procedures and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and generate detailed reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Verify compliance with specialized quality assurance protocols for diverse infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality discrepancies and optimize manufacturing outcomes.
- ACI Field Grade 1 certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data management.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied outdoor environments.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and consistent attendance.
- Prior experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of concrete technology, welding processes, and NDE/NDT methods.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
