Maintains a safe and secure store environment and provides visible command presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor;
Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with store leadership and loss prevention;
Walks the sales floor to identify theft indicators and addresses potential issues as directed by store leadership;
Partners with store leadership to ensure compliance with loss prevention directives and minimize operational shortages;
Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives and supports loss prevention initiatives
