The Tortilleria Clerk works under direct supervision to provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. Duties include assisting customers, cleaning, filling and rotating tortilla displays, and helping make a variety of tortillas and masa.

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in the tortilleria and general store area.
• Clean and maintain tortilla displays.
• Assist in preparing and making tortillas and masa.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/ou…move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC and Outlook skills (desired).
• Retail Management Certificate (desired).
